Our Staff

At Deep Run CDC we are more than just staff. We care for our little ones everyday knowing that we are a key component to their early development.

Nicole Flournoy

Nicole Flournoy has an Associate's Degree in General Studies with a focus on Elementary Education. She maintains a current CDA credential, which requires ongoing professional development for renewal every three years. She also holds a Career Studies Certificate in Elementary Education. She is certified to administer medication and emergency treatment in a childcare facility, and is a current VA notary. Nicole has 11 years of experience in the child care industry, 9 of which have been as a director. During her time in the field, she has attended countless workshops and other continuing education opportunities. She has a young daughter who attends the school with her. 


Heidi Mogrovejo

Ms Heidi has 7 years experience teaching in English and Spanish, as well as ESL. She also has a Psychology degree from Liberty University. She has 2 young boys and her husband is the pastor of the Hispanic ministry at Deep Run Baptist Church.

Melody Gulywasz

Ms Melody, has 26 years of experience teaching 2 1/2 year old's to 1st grade. She has a 2 year degree in art and Bible and an associates degree in Infant - Child Care from Abundant School in NJ. She also has 12 years of experience working in a museum. She also is an expert in teaching Thinking Strategies which she creatively teaches our children. She is the mother of an adopted child who will soon be going to college.

Kaylee Jones

Ms. Kaylee has eight years of experience as a professional in-home caregiver for children with special needs. She has been home-school certified and continues her professional education at John Tyler community college. She has a passion for children and has brought many of her learned techniques into the classroom to give children emotional and social support. Ms. Kaylee loves working at Deep Run and considers us a second home.

Marley Epperson

Ms. Marley is only semesters away from obtaining her Master's Degree in Elementary Education and Teacher License. While not in school, Ms. Marley teaches our school age classroom. Ms. Marley is a loving, caring, and patient teacher who enjoys applying her learning into the field.

Lacey Worley

Ms. Lacey grew up in King William County. She will graduate this summer from Rappahannock Community College. Lacey is a motivated, enthusiastic, loving teacher to our small children.

Teacher's Aide

Salwa Naguib

Ms Salwa is a fun-loving patient teacher. She graduated from college with a degree in Fine Arts. She has much experience with small children. She also enjoys working in Sunday school at her church.

Anita Tinocco

Ms. Anita has extensive experience working with infants. With three young boys of her own, she understands what it takes to be a stable and loving caregiver for the children at Deep Run.
